ABOUT Tracy Considine, Esq.

Tracy Joseph Considine, Esq. is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has been practicing law for over 25 years.  At last count, Tracy has tried over 50 cases obtaining numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida, and the Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida (Jacksonville).  In his first 10 years of practice in Miami, Tracy represented almost exclusively insurance and rental car companies defending personal injury claims.  This experience has proved to be invaluable providing Tracy with great insight into the inner-workings of insurance companies, particularly how they evaluate and defend claims and set their reserves.

Upon relocating his firm to Jacksonville some 20 years ago, Tracy expanded his practice to include the representation of seriously injured victims.  Tracy’s wife, Katherine, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who acts as the firm’s medical consultant and assists in the evaluation of injuries and treatment for many of our clients. This combination has resulted in highly successful outcomes in numerous high-profile cases with catastrophically injured clients involving paralysis or death.  For proof of success and more information on case results, please see the “Our Results” section of our website. The information provided is real and not inflated.

Tracy is currently one of the “lead attorneys” representing a family who lost a loved one in the 2018 mass school shooting at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. This complex claim involved over 34 victims with suits in both State and Federal Court, including claims against the Broward School Board, Broward Sheriff's Office, and the FBI.

On a personal note, Tracy was born in Buffalo, New York and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University College at Buffalo. (See academic resume below.) Through undergraduate study and law school, he was a member of the Teamsters Union and “worked his way through college” as a longshoreman.  Tracy and wife Katherine have been married for 31 years and together have four children, all college educated.  In his spare time, Tracy loves to spend time with his family on their ranch but also can be found fishing and restoring classic cars.
